I was born in Colorado, but became a Russian actor. I’m in New York after leaving my career behind right when it was taking off. I love teaching. I’ve been doing it for over 15 years.

My training methods are constantly changing. I hope they will continue to until I die. Otherwise they will be dead. Whenever understanding becomes knowledge it is dead. I tailor my training to three things:

1. Experiences (my past)

2. You (my understanding of you)

3. Your material (what you share)

Learning is imperative to both sides of education for there to be lasting effects. I like practices that demand consistent cooperation from student and teacher. Critical Alignment Therapy, for example will ground you as much as you are willing to and able to give up your willpower to gravity. I like anti-games, I like it when you sweat.
